Within the Forum there was signing of the Memorandum in terms of reference of Russian and French experts. It was signed by Ariane Delilez, Director of the French Federation of Landscape Architects and Mikhail Fedorov, Professor of Civil Engineering and Applied Ecology Department, St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Academician of RAS.
