[2015-10-08] / Alexey Ulyukaev, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, will take part at the XIV All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: The Space for Choice and Choice of Space".According to the press centre of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Alexey Ulyukayev will make business trip to Saint-Petersburg on October 20, 2015, where he plans to take part in the plenary session of XIV All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: The Space for Choice and Choice of Space"(http://economy.gov.ru/minec/press/announcements/20151008).
Within the second day of the forum on October 20, 2015 it is planned a plenary session on the theme "The Law on Strategic Planning and Budget Code: Directions of Synchronization" which will include discussion of the leading Russian experts on the issues of implementation of the Federal Law ¹173 in terms of cooperation expenditure budget with long-term strategic goals and objectives through federal programms, synchronization of approaches, documents and practices of social-economic and budget planning, solving of the most topical problems related to budget planning.
