Representatives of municipal and regional authorities, who paid for participation in the Forum, will be free to pass an eight-hour training course "Actual technologies of strategic planning" (October 21, 2015, 10-00 – 19-00). Training course is aimed at experts of municipal and regional authorities, who need basic knowledge for effective strategic planning process taking into account requirements of 172-FL "On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation". The course is based on long-term practical experience of two leading Russian companies - consultants at territorial strategic planning: Leontief Centre and AV Group. Seminar is a condensed version of the 20-hour course, which holds by order of subjects of the Russian Federation in relation to a particular development. Seats are limited. Applications can be accepted until the 15th of October.
