Office of Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District supports annual event and actively takes part in the organization of Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia". Vladimir Bulavin pointed out necessity of forming efficient system of strategic planning from municipal to macroregional and federal levels, emphasising importance of Federal Law "On the strategic planning in Russian Federation" in this process.
