Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of Saint Petersburg, made a greeting to participants of the XIV All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia". Designating special attention to the issues of strategic planning in Russia, he noticed, that Forum became a good platform for its discussion. In conclusion, the Governor expressed confidence that Forum-2015 will have a creative atmosphere and wished the participants of the Forum successful and fruitful work.
