Summary

Within the round table it is planned to discuss demand stimulation for innovation in the social sphere. It will be discussed the best regional practices of implementation "new solutions" in sphere of social services for citizens, education, public health service and culture. Participants will discuss the barriers to innovations in social sphere as well as key measures to eliminate them.
