Expert Discussion
Approaches to Coordination of Socio-Economic and Territorial Planning in St.Petersburg
|
Summary
Coordination of socio-economic and territorial planning is an actual problem. Federal Law 172-FL has created an important implication for its decision: strategies of socio-economic development and territorial planning schemes are included in a single set of strategic planning documents. How to use this implication and make plans agreed? Strategies of St. Petersburg are traditionally well developed in the spatial aspect, the city has gained experience and there are productive discussions on linking Strategy and Master Plan. This will be discussed at the round table.
