Summary
One of the main ideas of 172-FL is conjunction of budget expenditures with the long-term strategic goals and objectives through the government programs, which content is defined in strategies. This requires synchronization of approaches, instruments and practices of socio-economic and budget planning. Problems and their solutions, arising from it, will be the subject of reports of leading Russian experts.
