Summary
International Round Table (IRT) is held annually, and for the eighth time will address issues of regional development and strategic planning, using the experience of near and far abroad. Discussion will be attended by experts, scientists, politicians, public figures at the highest international level of the Council of Europe, European Commission, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, Association of European Border Regions and other organizations.
