Programme

With the adoption of the Federal Law № 172 of June 28, 2014 "Strategic planning in the Russian Federation" the activities on strategic management, as well as the documents upon the social and economic development planning were legitimized and put into a legal framework.
Within the round table the following relevant topics will be discussed:
- architecture of strategic planning documents;
- organization of the implementation of Federal Law №172 on the federal level;
- preparation of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation upon the programme realization;
- preparation of strategic planning documents of the Russian Federation: strategic forecast, strategy of socio-economic development of Russia, strategy of space development, long-term forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, long-term fiscal outlook, industrial strategies, strategy of macro-regions – their role, purpose and place in the system of strategic planning documents;
- informative support of strategic planning: relevant objectives and principles of information and analytical support of the strategic planning, mechanisms of organization of the management system upon the information provision of strategic planning in the Russian Federation, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic planning documents.
